If you know the dates that you would like to stay you can get an instant online quote and proceed to make a booking request by using the calendar below. Simply select your dates and the number of people in your party and click 'Continue >'. You can also see the price per week by hovering your mouse over the calendar.

Prices from £690 to £890 per week, includes linen, cleaning and welcome basket of food and wine. Central Heating costs are charged extra on departure. See below for further details.

Unfortunately the booking company also charge a booking fee (£8) and a credit card fee (2%) which are out of our control.

Booking Information, Terms & Conditions

By renting Casa Gisella you agree to all the following terms & conditions:

Can you explain the charges for rental?

All prices and payments are in GBP (Pounds Sterling)

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. If you book within 4 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

The remainder of the booking fee must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. We will send you a reminder before this date with the outstanding balance. If you fail to pay the remaining fee we will cancel your booking. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Central Heating is charged extra and is payable in Euro at the end of your stay. This is charged per gas unit used at a cost of €4 per unit. One unit per day is included in your rental cost, and all extra gas is chargeable. This cost will be taken from your breakages deposit if you are unable to pay at the house. As a rule of thumb, budget for between 3 and 6 units of gas per day depending on season and average use.

Is there a Breakage Deposit?

Yes. A £150 breakages deposit is payable when the final booking payment is made. This will be returned to you within 1 week of your departure date with the cost of any breakages or damage subtracted. If you do break or damage anything in the house we will always contact you to explain why we feel there are costs involved.

What are the cleaning Services?

Cleaning is included in the price of your rental. This includes at the end of your stay and one mid-week service.

Is Linen Provided?

Yes. Both Linen and Towels are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.

Do I need a car?

Yes, a car is required for your stay at Casa Gisella.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Although we love animals, unfortunately we don’t allow pets at Casa Gisella.

Can I smoke at Casa Gisella?

Casa Gisella is a no smoking property both inside and on the terraces. For those of you who like to smoke, there are plenty of nice walks outside and places to go. The village square round the castle is only 1 minute away!

Please also note that Italy has a no smoking policy in all workplaces, including restaurants and bars.

Is Casa Gisella suitable for disabled people?

Unfortuately both the village and the house have steps which are not suitable for wheelchair access. The master bedroom is on the ground floor but there are 5 steps up to the living area and a further high step onto the lower breakfast balcony. If you have any special requirements, please contact us for more information.

Is Casa Gisella suitable for children?

We welcome children at Casa Gisella, but please be aware that there are a lot of stairs in the village and the house and the two terraces are the only outside areas in the house, so no room for football unfortunately!

Is there Air Conditioning at Casa Gisella?

No. However Casa Gisella is over 400m above sea level, and so in summer the air cools nicely in the evenings. The house is designed in traditional Italian style, so has shutters, which should be kept closed during the heat of the day – this makes the house really cool and pleasant inside even when the temperatures soar outside.

What are the Arrival and Departure Times?

The standard arrival time is between 3pm and 7pm on the day of arrival. If you want to arrive later than 7pm, then please contact us to make arrangements. The departure time is by 10am on the morning of departure.
